Accommodation options
Our Newest Addition – Sunset Point at the Nook:
Discover our brand new lodging addition, our lakefront house with lounge seating on the deck overlooking the water. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this house can sleep up to 6 and is our best lodging option onsite.
Cabins and RV Rental :
Experience a relaxing getaway in one of our two charming rental cabins. Bob’s and Ella’s Cozy Cabin (sleeps 6), a cozy retreat with two bedrooms, comfortably accommodates up to six guests. For a more intimate escape, Popeye and Grammy’s Lookout Point offers stunning lake views and is perfect for two with the option for tents with the kids. Also we recently added our RV rental (sleeps 8) right across from Bob and Ella’s Cozy Cabin, which is perfect for large groups traveling together.
RV Sites:
Bring your travel trailer or pop-up camper and unwind at one of our RV hookup sites. We have a variety of water/electric and full hook up sites available. Each site offers a picnic table, cozy bonfire pit, and complimentary parking for up to two vehicles.
Non-hook up rustic sites:
These sites are perfect for either a small RV or a tent if you are interested in checking out the Nook and open to a rustic, non-hook up option. The best part about these sites are the wooded views. They are on the back side of the property in a very quiet, peaceful setting.

Rooted in family values and a love for the outdoors, we’ve created more than a destination — we’ve created a welcoming haven for connection, relaxation, and simple joys done beautifully.
Here, mornings begin with mist rising off the water and end with laughter echoing under open skies. From exceptional food and craft drinks to live music, special events, and peaceful lakeside sunsets, every detail is designed to make you feel at home — and a little reluctant to leave. At Hidden Shady Nook, each visit becomes a memory, and every memory calls you back again.

About the Owners
Howdy and welcome to the Nook! We are Staci (mom), Elijah, Isabella and Robert – the proud new owners of Hidden Shady Nook. The reason we picked Pike Lake as our new business and home was because it holds a certain charm, a sense of peace, and a return to simplicity that we value very much as a family. Our favorite things to do together are spend days out on the boat, in the water and around the campfire. We love to play board games and cards, read books, and explore nature. Ask Isabella about when she lost her croc in the bog! That’s a fun story…
